I would just like to make known my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Michael in the parts department over the last couple of weeks.  I ordered the service kit for a greenmech quadchip from your website over Christmas which turned up quickly in the new year however all parts within the kit were incorrect.  It turns out that Greenmech in their early days had fitted 2 different engines to the machine (Kuboa/Daihatsu).  Michael researched the correct parts, ordered and supplied them and arranged collection of the incorrect items.  All through this I was kept informed by regular calls of the progress of the order, checks the parts on order matched the ones on my machine and in the end a courtesy call to ensure all parts were correct and I was happy.  Even though this was an error on Greenmechs part Michael offered full apologies on behalf of Orange Plant and I was only charged for one lot of postage.

I have today taken delivery of a Forst chipper so hope I won’t be needing chipper spares for a good while however I did mention the outstanding service of Orange Plant to Ross Anderson, the Forst/Redwood rep.  He had been asking who I used for spares as they were considering looking at a distribution network.

Please pass my thanks to Michael and I hope to deal with Orange Plant in the future for my other arb machinery.
